Transpersonal psychology, somatic awareness and neuroscience
Welcome, I'm so glad you’re here.
This space was created to support individuals moving through the complex and often tender landscapes of life: transitions, grief, end of life, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or a quiet sense of disconnection from self and the world.
My approach is grounded in transpersonal psychology, somatic awareness, and neuroscience-informed practices. I draw on modalities that gently reconnect body and mind, including breathwork, hemispheric brain integration, dreamwork, and nervous system regulation techniques such as meditation.
I also offer guidance around expanded states of consciousness, including plant medicine preparation and integration, microdosing support, and consultation for retreat experiences. These are all held with care, integrity, and respect for your personal path.
This work isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about creating space to remember what’s whole, supporting your capacity to meet life with presence, clarity, and compassion.
Whether you're processing a recent experience, exploring a sense of inner change, or simply longing to feel more grounded, playful, and alive - you’re welcome here.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

-
The work recognises that our stories, emotions, and stresses live not only in the mind but also in the body. Through breath‑based practices, mindful movement, and guided awareness, you learn to sense, release, and integrate physical and emotional tension, creating space for resilience, clarity, and renewed connection. The emphasis is on nurturing your own innate body wisdom.
-
While reflective dialogue is part of every session, somatic work emphasises direct body experience, breath, posture, sensation, and subtle energy, alongside transpersonal techniques such as meditation, dreamwork, and altered‑state integration. It is complementary to (not a replacement for) psychotherapy and can be undertaken alongside it or as a standalone practice.
-
Common themes include grief and loss, anxiety or emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, feelings of disconnection, major life transitions (career change, relationship shifts, relocation, end‑of‑life), and integration of plant‑medicine or microdosing experiences.
-
No. All practices are adapted to your abilities and comfort level. The focus is on gentle therapeutic movement and breath awareness rather than achieving complex postures.

We begin with a detailed intake covering your current challenges, goals, medical history, and lifestyle. You’ll experience a tailored selection of somatic awareness, breathwork, and grounding practices, and together we map a personalised plan.
